Whether you are interested in employment, applying for services, or a combination of both, this presentation by the GHG Team will introduce you to the waiver program (www.dhs.pa.gov) and its relationship with the community. The team will offer assistance with the application process for services as well as employment opportunities. This is your chance to enrich the life of someone in the Capital Community. Just grab one or two from your own stash and join fellow enthusiasts in choosing, assembling and enjoying the selected puzzle – a 300-500 piece puzzle is suggested, one that can be assembled in the allotted time. Handicap chess allows players of different experience levels to play a competitive game of chess. The more experienced player will start the game with fewer pieces. The greater the difference in experience, the greater the amount of removed pieces. Players can play regular chess if they prefer. Participants are asked to bring a chess set, if possible, but it is not required to participate. Participants who want to expand their horizons are welcome to try other games of strategy. Beginners are welcome. Feel free to drop in when you can and leave when you need to. No registration required. Ages 14+
